A particular opportunity available right now is Red Ledges. Ground has been broken in June 2007 with Jack Nicklaus and Governor Huntsman participating with initial construction starting on the golf course. $1000 fully refundable deposits are presently being accepted with the selection event planned for fall 2007. This is perhaps the biggest thing to happen in real estate in Heber ever! The development is in some respects similar to Promontory in Park City. Lots there appreciated on average 138% in the last 5 years. However Promontory is currently undergoing bankruptcy reorganization. The developers of Red Ledges aquired and owned the land outright prior to begining construction making this development one of the financially strongest.
